Hello! My name is Michelle Tran and I’m an illustrator and designer based in Dallas. I attended UT Austin and (in what seems another life) worked in online advertising for over 10 years. It was a career I really loved, but ultimately left to pursue my dream of becoming an artist and designer.
So here we are! My work comes from my nostalgia for the wonderment and magic around every corner when you’re a kid. I love drawing inspiration from new people and places, and am forever experimenting with color palettes.
In my free time I enjoy reading with a cup of coffee, crafting, hiking, cooking, and finding the peaceful moments hidden in each day. I also secretly enjoy reality tv shows, my guilty pleasure. I love spending time with my friends and family - and most of all with my son, Grey.
